C. Patrick Hogeboom III

Mr. Hogeboom attended New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico graduating with a B.S. in 1971. He received his J.D. in 1986 from the Gonzaga School of Law in Spokane, Washington.

He began his career as a Teacher-Coach for Safford Arizona Public Schools from 1971-1976 and taught at the Gilbert Arizona Public Schools until 1983.

From September 1986 - March 2002 Mr. Hogeboom was a Trial Attorney for the Department of Justice, Tax Division, Southern Criminal Enforcement Section. During 1986-1987 he also served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia. His prior experience includes prosecution of Fiscal Crimes, including tax evasion and tax perjury. Since March, 2002 Mr. Hogeboom is an Assistant United States Attorney for the Western District of Virginia currently in the Criminal Division prosecuting fraud and other crimes.
