Mrs. Winn graduated from the University of Minnesota receiving a B.S. in 1988 and continued her education at the Hamline University School of Law where she received her J.D. in 1993.
She began her career in 1993 as an Associate at Woods, Rogers and Hazlegrove, P.L.C. until 2000. Mrs. Winn was sworn in as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Western District of Virginia in March, 2002. She currently represents the interests of the United States in civil litigation.
