United States Attorney John McKay and Kelvin Crenshaw, Special Agent in Charge of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives; Randall H. Carroll, Chief of Police, Bellingham Police Department and Bill Elfo, Sheriff, Whatcom County Sheriff's Office will discuss the culmination of a two year investigation into the Bandidos Outlaw Motorcycle Organization.
