On September 23rd, in cooperation with the Wisconsin Department of Justice, the Office of the United States Attorney sponsored a Grant Writing workshop. This program covered the fundamentals of grant writing, including where to find funding and basic grant writing skills. The training also provided insights into what funding agencies and peer reviewers are looking for, and how to make your application’s score rise to the top of the charts! Finally, the workshop described how to set meaningful and achievable goals and objectives as well as how to define relevant measures for success.
