Oak Creek Sikh Temple Shooting Memorial Observance

On August 2, 2013 the U.S. Attorney’s Office, EDW hosted a memorial observance in honor of those who died and those who were injured in the violence at the Oak Creek Gurdwara one year ago. The program included music by the Sikh raggis (musicians) and children, candle lighting by representatives of the families of the victims, and remarks by United States Senators Ron Johnson and Tammy Baldwin.
