May 11, 2012

United States Attorney James L. Santelle announced today Susan D. Tatro of Antigo (age: 43), a former employee of Waukesha Bearings Corporation, was indicted May 8, 2012, for 30 counts of wire fraud in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1343. The indictment alleges that Tatro engaged in a scheme to defraud Waukesha Bearings of approximately $576,000 between January 2006 and January 2011. The indictment alleges that Tatro executed the scheme through various methods of wire fraud. Tatro served as Waukesha Bearing’s Human Resources Director during the alleged fraud.  According to the indictment  Tatro facilitated the fraud through her misuse of a corporate bank account.

The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Timothy Funnell.
