CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA — A 41 year old Dilliner, Pennsylvania, resident was sentenced on March 16, 2009, in United States District Court in Clarksburg by Judge Irene M. Keeley.

United States Attorney Sharon L. DANKO entered guilty pleas to two counts of an Information on October 29, 2008. Count One of the Information charged DANKO with burglarizing West Virginia Jewelry & Loan in Westover, West Virginia, and stealing three firearms on December 23, 2007. Count Two of the Information charged DANKO with conspiring to receive and sell stolen firearms in Greene County, Pennsylvania, in April 2007. DANKO stole these firearms during a burglary of the True Value Hardware Store in Rice’s Landing, Pennsylvania. He waived his right to have this charge presented in the Western District of Pennsylvania in order to resolve both cases at one time.
