Charles Town Resident Entered Guilty Plea
to Cocaine Charge
MARTINSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA – A 23 year old Martinsburg, West Virginia, resident entered a plea of guilty on November 5, 2009, in United States District Court in Martinsburg before Magistrate Judge David J. Joel.
Acting United States Attorney Betsy C. Jividen announced that KEENAN TODD SHARPE entered a plea of guilty to one count of an Indictment charging him with the distribution of cocaine on May 14, 2008, in Charles Town.
SHARPE, who is currently in custody, faces a maximum penalty of 20 years imprisonment and a fine of $1,000,000.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Paul T. Camilletti. The case was investigated by the Charles Town Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives.
