MARTINSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA — A 45 year old Martinsburg, West Virginia, resident entered a plea of guilty on December 13, 2010, in United States District Court in Martinsburg before Magistrate Judge David J. Joel.

United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, announced that SHERRY LYNN HILL entered a plea of guilty to embezzlement of $31,766.20 from Stinger Sheet Metal, Inc. SIMPLE IRA Plan, an employee pension benefit plan, from January 1, 2006, through December 31, 2008, in Berkeley County, West Virginia.
