Falling Waters Resident Enters Plea of Guilty
to Cocaine Charge
MARTINSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA — A 22 year old Falling Waters, West Virginia, resident entered a plea of guilty on August 2, 2011, in United States District Court in Martinsburg before Magistrate Judge David J. Joel.
United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II announced that: NICHOLAS AXTON ALBERT entered a plea of guilty to one count of the distribution of 136.3 grams of cocaine in exchange for a 2000 Chevrolet Tahoe on March 24, 2009, in Jefferson County, West Virginia. ALBERT, who is free on bond pending sentencing, faces a maximum exposure of 20 years imprisonment and a fine of $1,000,000.
This case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Erin K. Reisenweber and was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration.
