Grand Jury Indicts Wheeling Resident

WHEELING, WEST VIRGINIA - A 42 year old Wheeling, West Virginia, resident was named in an Indictment returned on October 4, 2011, by a Federal Grand Jury sitting in Wheeling, West Virginia.

United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, announced that:

MILDRED S. KIRKPATRICK a/k/a “MILLIE” was named in a five-count Indictment. Count One of the Indictment charges KIRKPATRICK with conspiracy to distribute oxycodone from at least the Summer of 2010 to May 1, 2011, in Moundsville, West Virginia. Counts Two, Three, Four and Five charge KIRKPATRICK with the distribution of oxycodone on December 15, 2010; January 21, 2011; May 2, 2011; and May 9, 2011, in Moundsville. The Indictment also contains a Forfeiture Allegation wherein the United States seeks to forfeit at least $30,000. This case will be prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney John C.
