Federal Inmate Enters Plea and is
Sentenced in Federal Court

CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA — An FCI Morgantown inmate entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced on January 12, 2012, in United States District Court in Clarksburg by Magistrate Judge John S. Kaull.

United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, announced that: DANIEL JOHNSON, age 21, entered a plea of guilty to one count of possession of a prohibited object, being a cellular telephone, on November 23, 2011, at FCI Morgantown. JOHNSON was sentenced to 3 months imprisonment to be served consecutively with his current 24-month sentence.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Brandon S. Flower and was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Special Investigative Services at FCI Morgantown.
