Clarksburg Resident Entered a
Plea of Guilty to Firearms Violation
CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA — A 25 year old Clarksburg, West Virginia, resident entered a plea of guilty on October 16, 2007, in United States District Court in Clarksburg before Magistrate Judge John S. Kaull.
United States Attorney Sharon L. Potter announced that FRANCIS M. PRICE, JR. entered a plea of guilty to one count of an Indictment charging him with unlawfully possessing a firearms as a convicted felon on November 15, 2006, in Harrison County.
PRICE, who is currently in custody, faces a maximum exposure of 10 years imprisonment and a fine of $250,000.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Zelda E. Wesley. The case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives.
