Harman Resident Sentenced on Drug Charge
ELKINS, WEST VIRGINIA — A 27 year old Harman, West Virginia, resident was sentenced on March 17, 2008, in United States District Court in Elkins by Judge Robert E. Maxwell.
United States Attorney Sharon L. Potter announced that JAMIE L. ROBLES was sentenced to one year probation and ordered to pay a fine of $500.00, pursuant to an earlier entered plea of guilty. ROBLES entered a plea of guilty on October 26, 2007, to one count of an Indictment charging ROBLES with aiding and abetting the distribution of Clonazepam on March 5, 2007, in Dry Fork, Randolph County, West Virginia.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Stephen D. Warner. The case was investigated by the West Virginia State Police - Bureau of Criminal Investigations.
