Charleston: Boone, Clay, Fayette, Jackson, Kanawha, Lincoln, Logan, Mingo, Nicholas, and Roane counties.

Branch Offices:
Beckley: Greenbrier, Raleigh, Summers, and Wyoming counties.
Huntington: Cabell, Mason, Putnam and Wayne counties.

Unstaffed Branch Offices:
Bluefield: McDowell, Mercer, and Monroe counties.
