In matters prosecuted by the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of West Virginia:
HUNTINGTON MAN PLEADS GUILTY TO DRUG CHARGE
HUNTINGTON, W. Va. – Noah A. Flora, 21, of Huntington, West Virginia, pled guilty yesterday before United States District Judge Robert C. Chambers to distribution of five grams or more of cocaine base. On February 5, 2009, Flora sold 15.7 grams of crack cocaine in exchange for $1,400 to a confidential informant and undercover officer with the Drug Enforcement Administration. Flora, who is scheduled to be sentenced on January 11, 2010, faces five to forty years imprisonment and a $2 million fine. Special Assistant United States Attorney Joseph F. Adams is handling the prosecution. The Drug Enforcement Administration conducted the investigation.
