Jose Angel Mendibil-Lopez, 19, of Rialto, California, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on March 17, 2011, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distributing 500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine. Mendibil-Lopez received 24 months imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment. The defendant is subject to deportation upon release from custody. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.

Ramon Flores-Garcia, 32, of Mexico, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Clarence A. Brimmer on March 18, 2011, for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Flores-Garcia received eight months imprisonment, one year of supervised release, a $100.00 special assessment and will be subject to deportation upon release from custody. This case was investigated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Brandi Kay Shook, 38, of Westminster, Colorado, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge William F. Downes on March 22, 2011, for conspiracy to possess and possession with intent to distribute and to distributing of 50 grams or more of methamphetamine, and aiding and abetting. Shook was sentenced to 87 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $200.00 special assessment and to forfeit $1,000.00. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.

Bruce Cress Johnston, 27, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge William F. Downes on March 22, 2011, for conspiracy to possess and possession with intent to distribute and to distributing of five grams of methamphetamine, and aiding and abetting. Johnston received 66 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $200.00 special assessment and to forfeit $1,500.00. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
