Wyoming Man Sentenced for Involuntary Manslaughter. United States Attorney Christopher A. Crofts announced today that Lynn McAdams of Fort Washakie, Wyoming, on the Wind River Indian Reservation, appeared in federal court after having pled guilty to one count of involuntary manslaughter in connection with an alcohol-related traffic fatality occurring in October 2006. McAdams was sentenced on June 13, 2011, by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson to two years probation with nine months of home confinement. He was also ordered to complete a substance abuse treatment program. Restitution was found mandatory. Requests for restitution will be considered for 90 days.
