Francisco Javier Castro-Perez, 28, of Mexico, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on June 23, 2011, for distribution of 25 grams of cocaine and illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien. Castro-Perez received eight months of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release, was ordered to pay a $200.00 special assessment, and is subject to deportation upon release from custody. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Bobby Moreno, 31, of Visalia, California, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge William F. Downes on June 23 2011, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute 500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine. Moreno received 168 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release, was ordered to pay a $100 special assessment and a $1,000.00 fine. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation.

John Simental-Alvarez, 34, of Mexico, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge William F. Downes on June 23, 2011, for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien. Simental-Alvarez received twelve months plus one day of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release, was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and is subject to deportation upon release from custody. This case was investigated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Roderick Thomas Brockett, 42, of Tucson, Arizona, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on June 22, 2011, for distribution of 25 grams of cocaine. Brockett received six months of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Shane Roche, 26, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on June 21, 2011, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute between 500 grams and 1.5 kilograms of methamphetamine. Roche received 132 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $100 special. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the US Drug Enforcement Administration.

Brandie Jean Staley, 23, of Buellton, California, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on June 17, 2011, for unlawful user of controlled substance in possession of a firearm. Staley received twenty months of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment. This case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
