NORTHERN ARAPAHO MEN CHARGED WITH MURDER. United States Attorney Christopher A. Crofts announced today that Anthony Thomas Lincoln and Ronald Keith York, Jr., both of the Wind River Indian Reservation appeared in Federal Court on Tuesday, August 9, 2011, on a Criminal Complaint charging each of them with one Count of Second Degree Murder and Aiding and Abetting (18 United States Code, Sections 2, 1111(a) and 1153) in connection with the beating death of John Michael Crispin, III, also of the Wind River Indian Reservation. The charges carry a maximum penalty of life imprisonment, a fine of not more than $250,000.00, or both, five (5) years supervised release and a special assessment.
