CHEYENNE, WY - Gail Young, 42, of Thornton, Colorado, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Clarence A. Brimmer on November 9, 2011, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute 500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine. Young was arrested in Denver, Colorado. She received 120 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and a $300.00 fine. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the US Drug Enforcement Administration.

CHEYENNE, WY - Robert Cooper, 59, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on November 7, 2011, for failure to register as a sex offender. Cooper was arrested in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He received 33 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment. This case was investigated by the US Marshals Service.
