CHEYENNE, WY - Brian Eitel, 39, of Kaycee, Wyoming, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on January 3, 2012, for possession of child pornography. Eitel was arrested in Kaycee, Wyoming. He received 51 months of imprisonment, to be followed by 20 years of supervised release. Eitel was also ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment, a $2,100.00 fine and restitution in the amount of $300.00. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

CHEYENNE, WY - Rogelio Hernandez-Rojas, 27, of Mexico, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on January 3, 2012, for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Hernandez-Rojas was arrested in Douglas, Wyoming. He received time served plus ten days, was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and is subject to deportation upon release from custody. This case was investigated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

CHEYENNE, WY - Jesus Galvan-Tamaya, 48, of Mexico, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on January 3, 2012, for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Galvan-Tamaya was arrested in Casper, Wyoming. He received time served plus ten days, to be followed by one year of supervised release, was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and is subject to deportation upon release from custody. This case was investigated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

CHEYENNE, WY - Panfilo Gandarilla-Ayala, a/k/a Leonel Rodriguez-Ayala, a/k/a Daniel Janderrela, 46, of Mexico, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on January 3, 2012, for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Gandarilla-Ayala was arrested in Cody, Wyoming. He received 46 months of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release, was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and is subject to deportation upon release from custody. This case was investigated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

CHEYENNE, WY - Raul Roberto Carias-Rodriguez, 36, of Honduras, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on January 3, 2012, for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Carias-Rodriguez was arrested in Jackson, Wyoming. He received twelve months and one day of imprisonment, was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and is subject to deportation upon release from custody. This case was investigated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

CHEYENNE, WY - Josue Tzompa-Ramirez, 31, of Mexico, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on January 3, 2012, for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Tzompa-Ramirez was arrested in Jackson, Wyoming. He received thirteen months of imprisonment, was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and is subject to deportation upon release from custody. This case was investigated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
