Sentences for November 15, 2012
Charles Moore, 50, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Scott W. Skavdahl on November 14, 2012, for failure to register as a sex offender. Moore was arrested in Phoenix, Arizona. He received 366 days of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment. This case was investigated by the United States Marshals Service.
Jacob Travis Mundell, 21, of Idaho, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Scott W. Skavdahl on November 13, 2012, for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Mundell received 31 months of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and a $200.00 fine. This case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
