*** NOTICE *** The Portland, Oregon Assistant United States Trustee, Pamela J. Griffith, will serve as temporary Assistant United States Trustee in Eugene while the Eugene, Oregon Assistant United States Trustee, Gail Geiger, is on assignment as the Acting Associate General Counsel for Civil Enforcement in the Executive Office for the United States Trustee in Washington DC.

With the recent increase in bankruptcy filings, it has been necessary to schedule §341(a) Meeting of Creditors on days when meetings are not usually held. This might cause unavoidable conflicts for some bankruptcy practitioners with meetings and hearing scheduled in other locations. Attorneys are encouraged to check our website for additional §341(a) meeting dates.
