I am disabled and need information
My Name is
My insurance company liquidated/bankruptsy as a result of the Sept. 11
tragedy and as a result will not pay on my disability claim. My attorney told
me to withdraw a lawsuit as they cannot be sued as they liquidated. I had a
valid claim which would have been paid. What am I to do? Please help on how
to apply for assistance from the Government fund. Thank you
