U.S. v. Edward Perkins Williams
Criminal No.: 3:93-CR-016 (N.D. Ga.)

One-count information was filed in U.S. District Court in Atlanta, Georgia, charging Edward Perkins Williams, former Wholesale Division Manager of Kinnett Dairies, Inc., with rigging bids, in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, on contracts to supply dairy products to the public schools in West Central Georgia and East Central Alabama, beginning at least as early as 1984 and continuing thereafter at least through June 1989.
