5/11/93 U.S. v. Joseph F. Little. Jr.
Criminal No.: CR93-PT110-W (N.D. Ala.)

One-count information was filed in U.S. District Court in Birmingham, Alabama, charging Joseph F. Little, Jr., Branch Manager of Meadow Gold Dairies, Inc.'s Tuscaloosa, Alabama branch, with bid rigging, in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, on contracts to supply milk to public school boards in Pickens and Tuscaloosa Counties and the City of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, beginning as early as the spring of 1984 and continuing at least through June 20, 1988.

5/14/93 U.S. v. Peter J. Clarke
Criminal No.: (D. Mass.)

One-count indictment was filed in U.S. District Court in Boston, Massachusetts, charging Peter J. Clarke, a sole proprietor in Essex, Massachusetts, with collusive bidding, in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, for the purchase of antiques at a public auction on May 14 and 15, 1988 at The Center of New Hampshire in Manchester, New Hampshire.

5/14/93 U.S. v. Sta-Dust. Inc.
Criminal No.: 93 CR-140S (D. Utah)

One-count information was filed in U.S. District Court in Salt Lake City, Utah, charging Sta-Dust, Inc. of Idaho Falls, Idaho, with customer and territorial allocation, in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, on the sale of magnesium chloride in Idaho, Montana and Wyoming. Magnesium chloride is a chemical used to suppress dust on unpaved roads.
