    CulTendy, we need to sell stock as soon as possible to fund the foundation expenses.
    Approzim~ely $50,000 will F us through November. Th~ as you know, we have a lot of
    owatanding pledges due in December and Junuasy. (Approx. $450,000) Sinee the stock has
