Program Description
The mission of the USPC is to improve public safety by exercising its release, supervision and revocation authority over criminal offenders in a manner that promotes justice within the federal criminal justice system.  The USPC makes parole release decisions for eligible federal and DC prisoners, determines the conditions of parole supervision, and revokes parole for violations of the conditions of release.
