A total of seven commissaries will activate, at the following locations: USP Hazelton, WV; FCI Herlong, CA; FCI Victorville, CA; FCI Forrest City, AR; USP Canaan, PA; FCI Williamsburg, SC; and USP Terre Haute, IN. | ||||
