The map shows the Oregon HIDTA region and the surrounding area. The Oregon HIDTA region encompasses eight counties in Oregon--Clackamas, Deschutes, Douglas, Jackson, Marion, Multnomah, Umatilla, and Washington.

Portland is a major city in Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington counties with a population of over 250,000. Vancouver, Washington, and Salem in Marion county and Eugene in Lane county are cities with populations between 100,000 and 249,000. Medford in Jackson County is a city with a population between 63,000 and 99,999. Other areas of interest are Bend in Deschutes county, Hermiston and Pendleton in Umatilla county, and Roseburg in Douglas. Lane is a county of interest.

The transportation infrastructure of the HIDTA includes Interstates 5 and 84; U.S. routes 20, 26, 97, 101, and 395; Portland International Airport; and the Port of Portland.
