The Northwest HIDTA includes Benton, Clark, Cowlitz, Franklin, King, Kitsap, Lewis, Pierce, Skagit, Snohomish, Spokane, Thurston, Whatcom, and Yakima counties in the state of Washington.
The major city with 250,000 or more people is Seattle.
The cities with 100,000 to 249,999 people are Bellevue, Spokane, Tacoma, and Vancouver.
The cities with under 100,000 people are Everett, Federal Way, Kennewick, Kent, Pasco, and Richland.
The international airports are Portland in Oregon; and Seattle-Tacoma and Spokane in Washington.
Seattle is a major seaport.
The border crossings are Port Angeles, Friday Harbor, Anacortes, Point Roberts, Blaine, Lynden, Sumas, Nighthawk, Oroville, Ferry, Danville, Laurier, Frontier (Rte S25), Boundary, and Metaline Falls.
The interstates within this region are I-5, I-82, I-84, and I-90.
The Puget Sound area consists of the coastal portion of Skagit, Snohomish, Bellevue, Pierce, Thurston, and Kitsap counties.

The counties with outdoor cannabis eradication sites containing 100 to 999 plants are Skagit, Kitsap, Jefferson, Grays Harbor, Lewis, Skamania, Yakima, Chelan, Stevens, Garfield, Columbia, Walla Walla, Franklin, Adams, Grant, and Benton.
The counties with outdoor cannabis eradication sites containing 1 to 99 plants are San Juan, Skamania, Whatcom, Skagit, Kitsap, Mason, Grays Harbor, Pacific, Clark, Thurston, Pierce, Snohomish, Douglas, Yakima, Grant, Stevens, Pend Oreille, Spokane, Lincoln, Walla Walla, Franklin, and Benton.
