Aurora and Colorado Springs, Colorado are major cities with populations between 250,000 and 499,999.

In 2005, 131 laboratories were seized in Colorado, 18 laboratories were seized in Montana, 43 laboratories were seized in Utah, and 5 laboratories were seized in Wyoming.

In 2006, 94 laboratories were seized in Colorado, 5 laboratories were seized in Montana, 12 laboratories were seized in Utah, and 4 laboratories were seized in Wyoming.

In 2007, 51 laboratories were seized in Colorado, 5 laboratories were seized in Montana, 4 laboratories were seized in Utah, and 2 laboratories were seized in Wyoming.

In 2008, 32 laboratories were seized in Colorado, 2 laboratories were seized in Montana, 7 laboratories were seized in Utah, and 3 laboratories were seized in Wyoming.
