 Attorney General Reno and HHS Inspector General Gibbs Brown 
  To Highlight Efforts to Fight Laboratory Health Care Fraud 
     
     Attorney General Janet Reno and Department of Health and
Human Services Inspector General June Gibbs Brown will hold a
press conference on Monday, February 24 to highlight recent
efforts to combat laboratory health care fraud.

     They will highlight recent settlements resulting from the
Department's Operation LABSCAM and release new HHS guidelines for
corporate compliance programs designed to help companies self-
regulate, self- report and prevent health care fraud.
