                         ***CORRECTION***

     The Department earlier issued a press release announcing a
settlement under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) which
resolved a hiring discrimination claim brought by paramedic Jeffrey
Ola, who is deaf in one ear.  The release incorrectly identifies
Mr. Ola as a resident of Nashville, Tennessee when in fact he
resides in Centerville, Tennessee.  We regret the error.
