The event is part of a nationwide effort to promote Teach for America, a national teacher corps of outstanding recent college graduates who commit to teaching for two years in urban and rural public schools. The effort, which the Attorney General is participating in, calls upon successful Americans from a variety of fields to spend one hour sharing their knowledge and experience with urban and rural public school students.
