RENO IN MIAMI BEACH TO PROMOTE JUVENILE JUSTICE FUNDING





	On the heels of President Clinton's State of the Union
address, Attorney General Janet Reno will be at Miami Beach Senior
High School Friday to promote the need for dedicated federal
funding for delinquency prevention.  She will highlight the Miami
Beach Performing Arts Academy, an arts program that serves low
income, at-risk youth.




	The Academy uses the children's love of music and their desire
to perform to teach responsibility.  It also has a community
service requirement and teaches communication skills development. 
Beach High is a sponsor of the initiative.
