LAW PROFESSOR TO RECEIVE ANTITRUST AWARD








	WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Attorney General Janet Reno and Joel I.
Klein, Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division,
will present the 1998 John Sherman Award tomorrow to Professor
Milton Handler of Columbia University.




	The John Sherman Award is presented to individuals for their
outstanding achievement in antitrust law and their contribution
to the protection of the American consumer.
