	WASHINGTON, D.C. --  Bill Lann Lee, Acting Assistant Attorney
General for Civil Rights, will join Florida Governor Lawton Chiles
at a press conference today announcing the certification of
Florida's Accessible Code for Building Construction.  Certification
means that the Florida code is compatible with the building
requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
