ATTORNEY GENERAL RENO TO SPEAK AT FBI COMMEMORATIVE CEREMONY
ANNOUNCING IMPLEMENTATION OF IAFIS AND NCIC 2000
WASHINGTON, D.C. - Attorney General Janet Reno will visit the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division Complex in Clarksburg, West Virginia on Wednesday, August 11, 1999 at 10:00 a.m. The Attorney General will deliver remarks congratulating the FBI on their successful implementation of the Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS) and the new National Crime Information Center 2000 (NCIC 2000) which were officially unveiled on Tuesday, August 10, 1999.
