JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER "I was saddened and outraged by today's shootings at the Jewish Community Center in Los Angeles. Our hearts go out to the victims and their families, and to the entire community that has been so shaken by this reprehensible act. "While the gunman's motives are unknown, any attack on innocent children and their teachers is an attack on the entire community. We must all come together to prevent senseless and ruthless attacks such as this. "At the request of local authorities, FBI agents are on the scene and actively assisting in the investigation. We stand ready to assist local law enforcement and the community in any other way that we can." ### 99-349
