American Hospital Association Annual Meeting on Monday, February 1 at the Hilton
Washington Hotel, 1919 Connecticut Ave. NW, Washington, D.C. Holder will speak at the
Annual Federal Relations Forum, which begins at 8:30 a.m. It is anticipated that Holder's
remarks will begin around 11:00 a.m. Holder will focus on the Department of Justice's health care fraud program, addressing
the application of the False Claims Act and the need for industry compliance programs. The speech will be open to the media. #### 99-037
