ATTORNEY GENERAL RENO TO ADDRESS IDEAS 2000,

THE INTERAGENCY DISABILITY EDUCATIONAL AWARENESS SHOWCASE

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Attorney General Janet Reno will address the opening ceremony of the Interagency Disability Educational Awareness Showcase Conference (IDEAS) on Tuesday, October 17, 2000. The Attorney General will deliver her remarks at approximately 9:00 a.m. at USDA's Jefferson Auditorium in Washington, D.C.

The conference is an annual event featuring workshops, discussions and exhibits which highlight the methods used to increase employment of people with disabilities using assistive technologies.
