STATEMENT IN REGARD TO U.S. SETTLEMENT IN GOLD TRAIN CASE:

We are very pleased to announce that the United States has reached a settlement in the Hungarian Gold Train case. The settlement agreement has been filed with U.S. District Court Judge Patricia Seitz in Miami and is subject to her approval. In that this is a pending matter before the District Court, further comment at this time would be inappropriate.
