  þ  Participate in Earth Day event at DOJ Courtyard at 2 pm          

Wednesday, April 19 
  þ  Attend NIJ seminar on violence (closed)

        
Thursday, April 20
  þ  Weekly availability with the Attorney General, room 5111 at
     9:30 am
     (federally credentialed reporters only -- pool camera)
    Note: reporters covering the weekly availability will be
given time             to get to the FBI press event  
  þ  Press availability with FBI Director Freeh and Hungarian
     Foreign       Minister Luszlo Kovacs, FBI room 1236 at 10 am
  þ  Attend State dinner at the White House with Brazilian
     President


Friday, April 21
  þ  Breakfast with Brazilian President at Blair House (closed)
  þ  Meet with Brazilian Minister of Justice
  þ  Attend swearing-in of new Virginia Academy community police
     officers  at the Northern Virginia Criminal Justice
     Institute, Intersection of    routes 7 & 8, Ashburn, VA at
     1:30 pm
  þ  Address National Organization of Victims Assistance, U.S.
     Capitol,      room HC5 at 4:30 pm
