Bonnie Campbell to Visit as Funding for Biden-backed
Violence Against Women Act Could Face Congressional Cuts

WASHINGTON -- Bonnie Campbell, named recently as head of the
Justice Department's Violence Against Women office, will visit
Delaware Monday, April 24 tolearn about the state's implementation
of the Violence Against Women Act and to talk aboutthe
Administration's efforts to fight violence against women.

Sen. Biden was the principal sponsor of the Act, which was
passed as part of the crime bill signed by President Clinton last
