ROBINER NAMED A U.S. TRUSTEE
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Donald M. Robiner, an attorney
specializing in business matters, has been named a U.S. Trustee
by Attorney General Janet Reno, the Department of Justice
announced today.
Robiner will serve as U.S. Trustee for Region 9 in
Cleveland, Ohio. He assumes his duties October 3.
Robiner, a graduate of Case Western Reserve University
School of Law, has been a partner with various law firms in Ohio,
most recently as a partner with Buckingham, Doolittle and
Burroughs of Akron, Ohio. He has extensive trial and appellate
litigation experience, focusing on corporate and business law.
Robiner is board certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the
National Board of Trial Advocacy, is a life member of the U.S.
Sixth Circuit Judicial Conference and is a charter life member of
the judicial conference of the Eight Appellate District of Ohio.
The U.S. Trustees oversee the administration of cases filed
under the United States bankruptcy code.
