               NOTICE TO EDITORS AND CORRESPONDENTS


     Salt Lake City, UT -- A federal grand jury in Salt Lake
City, Utah has indicted four persons in connection with
securities fraud and related matters involving the management and
stock offerings of the Bonneville Pacific Corporation.  The 59
count indictment runs 65 pages.
