1	Office of Justice Programs (OJP) 15_0402: •   OJP will continue to conduct recipient outreach to work with recipients to finalize grant closeouts and pending financial clearances. By mid-week, OJP will send an email to non-filers providing notification that sanctions may be imposed for continued noncompliance. OJP will conduct a final data quality review of 2009 Q4 recipient reports after the closing of the continuous correction period. OJP held a training for employees on how to review the Recovery Act Section 1512(c) reports and additional Recovery Act requirements.	Office of Justice Programs (OJP) 15_0402: •   OJP will monitor the Section 1512(c) submissions. By mid-week, OJP will conduct outreach to the Recovery Act recipients that have not submitted their Section 1512(c) report due April 10, 2010.

Letter included individualize instructions for completing report and encourage agencies to use the “copy forward” feature.
