Boston, MA... A Plymouth man has been charged with filing a false tax return.

United States Attorney Michael J. Sullivan and Joseph Galasso, Special Agent in Charge of the Internal Revenue Service, Criminal Investigations in New England announced today that TIMOTHY P. SCHROEDER, 55, of Plymouth, Massachusetts has been indicted by a grand jury of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is charged with filing a false tax return for calendar year 1997.
